CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• What is Niranjan Ultrasound India Private Limited’s Free & Easy Returns policy?

  We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely headache-free shopping experience.

  We assure you that all products sold for Occasion are refurbished, quality checked and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Free & Easy Returns promise has got you covered.

• What is Niranjan Ultrasound India Private Limited’s Return Policy?

  Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of paid price. We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on +91 495 2376661 or drop an email at refund@indiaultrasound.com within a period of 30 days, from the date of order.

  However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the hologram intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.

  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by our technical team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override “Niranjan Ultrasound India Private Limited’s 30 Day Returns Policy.”
  • Please note that the handling charges, Taxes, Duties, Service Charges and the shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges to be borne by the customer.

• Are there any categories of products which are non-returnable?

  There are no such categories of the product which are non-returnable.

• Can I return a part of my order?

  Yes, you may return a part of the order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all the components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which comes along with it.

  However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

• How long will the return process take?

  Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs. to have the product picked from your place and another 10 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

• How will I receive my Refund?

  If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can make NEFT to your Net-Banking account.

• How long will the refund process take?

  Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

  For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalized banks. Banks send a SMS/Email to customers for credit amount of more than INR 5000 only. In case your refund is less than INR 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

• How do I return a product?

  You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return:

  1. Place your item in its original packaging.
  2. Please mention your Name, Order Number and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
  3. Send it at the earliest to our address below.

• I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?

  No! Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• We currently deliver to more than 500 cities across India. Our shipping and delivery lead times vary by destination, and the typical lead times are as shown below:

• In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within specified working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
• We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
• While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations, and Export norms.
• Consignment may get delayed due to unexpected carrier problems or government regulations.

*Note
In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are actual, and we do not charge extra.
